- 2 egg whites
- 200 ml berry juice
- 4 “lange vingers” or other cookies
- 200 g sugar
Put the egg whites, the berry juice and the sugar in a large, clean and dry, bowl and batter the mixture untill all of the sugar is solved and the egg whites become a foamy mass. Het mixture is ready if it doesn’t drop from a reversed bowl. Make 4 portions of “Haagse Bluf” in glass bowls and serve with “Lange vingers”.
You can add some orange peel grind to it and serve with red fruit.
The use of raw eggs is banned for vulnerable groups because of salmonella contamination. Small children, elderly people and pregnant woman should not consume this dish.
