- 2 egg yokes, room temperature
- 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice
- A sniff of salt
- 100ml olive oil
- White pepper
Mix the egg yokes, lemon juice and salt in a large glass bowl.
Start mixing with a batter
Drop by drop add the oil until oil is added
Taste the mayonnaise and add lemon juice, salt of pepper to get the right taste.
Mustard or dragon
Add one tea spoon of Dijon mustard and two tea spoons of chopped dragon. Great side dish for French cuisine.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Wrap a clove a garlic in tin and roast is for about 50 minutes. Add the garlic mash to the mayonnaise.
